Reliability: We take an approach of continuous improvement to our service solution. Currently 98.6% of our shift requests are filled within 2 hours and we strive to improve on this metric as our worker pool grows. 

Value: Providing value to all stakeholders is the primary objective of what we do. This means paying staff fairly and billing transparently.

Innovation: Innovation is at the core of how we deliver value. Our focus on finding better ways to do things is what lead us to develop our system.
